Always one to reinvent bridal fashion, Houghton designer Katharine Polk once again catapulted contemporary and ultramodern styles into the spotlight. Inspired by the various shapes and effects of layering, Polk’s 2017 spring collection blends textures and fabrics to bring to life her boho chic aesthetic.

Ruffles and tiered skirts in silk, lace, and chiffon were a mainstay of Polk’s designs, giving silhouettes an element of youthfulness and edge without sacrificing the innate femininity and modern sophistication of the collection.
